Do You Qualify For Debt Help? :

If you are one of millions who find themselves deep in debt, then our panel of expert debt advisors can help you. Our debt advisors will work with you and your creditors to come up with a debt management plan and montly repayment schedule that you can afford. Often we can arrange preferable repayment conditions with your creditors and in most cases can have your debt completely repaid within 5 years!

Even if you have as little as £3,000 in debt, we can help you wipe your debt clean. Our debt management plans help individuals who are £3,000 to £15,000 in debt. It doesn't matter what type of debt you have, we can help. We work with individuals who have credit card debts, tax debts, medical debts, divorce debts and many other situations.

What if I Owe More than £15,000, Can you still Help? :

Yes, for individuals who owe more than £15,000 we can definately help. Instead of a debt management plan we would enter into an Individual Voluntary Arangement (IVA) with your creditors. What this means is that as insolvency practitioners we will deal directly with your creditors to arrange smaller, more manageable payments for you, and generally within 5 years your debt will be classified as cleared. An IVA will enable us to freeze interest so you don't continue to build up debt, and ultimately will help you avoid bankruptcy.

Can you Help Residents of Scotland? :

We can and do help residents of Scotland. Instead of entering into a Debt Management Plan, we arrange a Trust Deed, only available for those who live in Scotland. With the aid of one of our Trustees, a Trust Deed will allow you to enter into agreement with your creditors to pay off your debts at a monthly rate you can afford. A trust deed will also enable you to avoid bankruptcy and generally after three years your debts will be considered wiped clean.
